No ongoing or subscription fees. There are one-time set-up costs for a new system. The only recurring charges are per-report generation fees when a participant's report is produced (and any ad-hoc administration assistance requested). See our pricing page for details.
We need to host the database on our own servers in order to link the automated reporting and admin/user portals to the survey data. However, we can fully customise the branding to match your website, and provide a unique custom URL using one of our survey domains (e.g. yourcompany.surveys.run or yourcompany.surveyinsights.com.au).
No — you can add as many participants as you like, and as many administrators to the portal as you require. Our platform scales to accommodate programs of any size.
